📦 Refund Policy

🔍 Overview

We take pride in delivering high-quality products and reliable service. However, since USPS and U.S. Customs have the legal authority to inspect, detain, or seize packages, we provide the following protections:

  • Customs Inspections: If a package is held by U.S. Customs for more than two weeks, it is covered under our Reshipment Policy.

  • Resolution: We will provide a one-time free reshipment or a full refund.

  • Final Safeguard: If the second shipment also fails to arrive, a full refund will be issued.


1. ❌ Situations Not Eligible for Refund or Reshipment

Refunds or reshipments will not be issued for packages that are:

  • 🚫 Refused by the recipient

  • 🚫 Delivery access blocked

  • 🚫 Forwarded to another address

  • 🚫 Returned to sender (RTS)

  • 🚫 Marked as undeliverable for any reason

⚠️ Important: Once the official USPS system marks a package as “Delivered” or “Delivered, Signed For,” we no longer accept refund or reship requests.

  • Proof of Delivery: USPS tracking confirmation is considered the final and authoritative proof.

  • Porch Theft Notice: Any loss occurring after delivery—including porch theft, misplacement, or failure to secure the package—is not eligible for compensation.


2. 🚚 Undelivered Packages (USPS Tracking Only)

If the official USPS tracking system confirms that a package was not delivered:

  • ✅ We will provide a one-time free reshipment.

  • ✅ Only USPS official tracking status is accepted as evidence. Claims based on personal statements or unverified screenshots will not be accepted.


3. ⏳ Dispatch Delays (Internal Only)

If a delay is caused solely by our warehouse processing and the order has not been dispatched within 15 business days from the payment date:

  • 🎁 Compensation: We will provide 30 additional pills for free with your next order as a one-time goodwill gesture.

  • Note: This does not apply to delays caused by USPS, weather, customs, or incorrect addresses. Compensation must be claimed with a subsequent order.


4. 📝 Incorrect or Wrong Item Received

If you receive the wrong item, you must submit a claim within 7 days of delivery including:

  1. 📸 A clear, unedited photo of the item received.

  2. 📸 A photo of the USPS shipping label showing the tracking number.

⚠️ Clarification on Product Appearance:

  • Reference Only: Website images are for reference. Actual products may vary by manufacturer, brand, batch, or packaging.

  • Non-Eligibility: Differences in packaging, color, shape, or manufacturer do not qualify as “incorrect items.”

  • Resolution: Upon verification, we will send a replacement. If the error was ours, you may keep the incorrect product.


5. 💊 Drug Effectiveness & Side Effects

  • No Guarantees: We do not accept refund or reshipment requests based on “the drug does not work as expected” or “the effect is not noticeable.”

  • Side Effects: We do not accept returns or refunds based on side effects or personal reactions to the medication.


6. 🛑 Order Cancellation

  • ✅ You may cancel your order at any time before payment is completed.

  • ❌ Once an order has been paid for or processed, it cannot be canceled.


7. 💰 Refund Method

  • 🪙 Currency: Refunds are issued via USDT-TRC20 only.

  • Processing Time: Approved refunds are typically completed within 24 hours.
