2. 💊 Prescription Requirements
RX-MEDS only dispenses prescription medications upon receipt of a valid prescription from a healthcare professional licensed to practice in the United States.
- We reserve the right to verify all prescriptions with your prescribing doctor.
- We do not ship controlled substances (Schedule II-V) unless specifically permitted under federal and state law.
3. 👤 User Accounts
To purchase medications, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
- Maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorized access.
- Be at least 18 years of age to use this service.
4. 🚚 Shipping and Delivery
- Geography: RX-MEDS currently ships only to authorized states within the United States.
- Errors: We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by incorrect addresses provided by the user or carrier issues.
- Temperature-Sensitive Meds: We use specialized packaging for cold-chain medications; however, it is the user’s responsibility to retrieve the package promptly upon delivery.
5. 💳 Payments and Refunds
- All payments are processed securely. Due to federal and state regulations, prescription medications cannot be returned or refunded once they have been shipped, except in cases of shipping errors or damaged products.

You agree not to:
